Turns:

Cost:
1st cube costs 1, 2nd costs 2, 3rd costs 3. Max 30 cubes total.
Points:
Capture numbered cells. Having the most Red Cells gives
+10 pts
.
Ending:
Pass to lock your score and end your game. Remaining cubes are lost.
